PAYMENTS

At the moment we only offer payment by invoice.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with the swedish post or with DHL Express with a tracking service. Shipping is free on all orders and all packages are fully insured until it reaches your hand.

 

RETURN POLICY

Since all our rings are made to order, we can’t offer returns for a refund. If you should receive a piece that has been damaged during freight please contact us within 7 days on info@patrikhansson.se so we can help you. Exchange and return of jewellery can be made within 14 days of receiving your items.  Please contact info@patrikhansson.se for further instructions on how to return an item.

 

VAT & TAXES

For shipping destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included. For shipping destinations outside of the EU, VAT is not included. Please note that you are responsible for any customs or VAT charges that may be applied by your country.

 

PRICING

Due to the fluctuation of gold and diamonds in the market place, prices are subject to change.

FORCE MAJEURE

Patrik Hansson Jewellery AB shall in case of Force Majeure be relieved from liability for failure to perform obligations where the failure is a result of acts of nature, acts of terrorism, wars, accidents, strike, embargo, government sanction, sabotage, interruption or failure of electricity and internet services or other similar occurrence beyond Patrik Hansson Jewellery AB´S control. When an event of Force Majeure Patrik Hansson Jewellery AB shall soonest possible notify the Customer.
